RETURNS POLICY

Our new passenger cars each contain over 200 parts and
are completely hand assembled. As such, occasionally there will be
small problems such as parts missing or damaged. If your passenger car
contains a manufacturing defect, we will be glad to help.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM?

Please email or fax us with the full details of the
problem with your product. We will send you a return number. This
number must be included with the item, as well as your name and
address. Returns sent without a return number will not be processed. We
will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective,
provided that we have the necessary parts for repair or a replacement
product is in stock.

Please note that we do not generally re-install parts that have come
loose in transit. These can easily be re-attached with a drop of glue.
If you wish us to make this kind of repair, there will be a service
charge.
